Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role, handling both sales and project responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations from client negotiations to workforce management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Oil and Gas and Steel Fabrication. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Negotiate contracts and close deals. 2. Project Management: • Oversee ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery. • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions. • Prepare quotations, proposals, and other necessary documentation. 3. Team Recruitment and Supervision: • Recruit and manage a team of workers under your supervision. • Ensure team productivity and adherence to project timelines. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. • Proven experience in sales and project management (minimum [2] years). • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively. • Knowledge of [specific industry, e. g. , fabrication, construction, etc. ] is a plus.
