Your Role:
As a Commission-Based Software Sales Representative, you will promote and sell our advanced property management software to property managers, landlords, and real estate professionals.
Commission Structure:
Earn commissions based on your engagement level:
Lead Only: 5% of realized sales.
Lead + Introductory Meeting: 10% of realized sales.
Lead + Full Participation in the Sales Process: 15% of realized sales.
Solo Closure: 20% of realized sales.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and generate leads through research, outreach, and networking.
Present the software’s value and features to potential clients.
Participate in meetings and assist in the sales process.
Close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Previous sales experience (software sales is a plus).
Self-motivated, results-driven individuals.
Ability to manage the sales process independently.
