Job Opportunity: Commission-Based Software Sales Representative Company: Confidential Location: Remote Employment Type: Commission-Based About Us: We are a fast-growing provider of innovative Property Management Solutions that simplify rent collection, tenant management, maintenance tracking, and more. We are looking for driven and motivated sales professionals to help us expand our customer base. Your Role: As a Commission-Based Software Sales Representative, you will promote and sell our advanced property management software to property managers, landlords, and real estate professionals. Commission Structure: Earn commissions based on your engagement level: Lead Only: 5% of realized sales. Lead + Introductory Meeting: 10% of realized sales. Lead + Full Participation in the Sales Process: 15% of realized sales. Solo Closure: 20% of realized sales. What You’ll Do: Identify and generate leads through research, outreach, and networking. Present the software’s value and features to potential clients. Participate in meetings and assist in the sales process. Close sales deals to meet or exceed targets. What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Previous sales experience (software sales is a plus). Self-motivated, results-driven individuals.
