Student Coordinator – Educational Group, Oman 01/11/2021 to Present
• Calls Management: Contact the prospects, create awareness about the programs, convince them about the usefulness of
the programs according to their requirement; help them to explore the usefulness f the program in implementing in their
career. Attending phone calls from students, their parents and assist those to full fill their information needs.
• Meeting Arrangement: regularly contact with the prospects, enquire about their need and invite them for a face-to-face
meeting with the concern counselor.
• Counseling: meeting with the students and their parents for a best option of the course, convince and convert them to the
admission.
• Documents Collection: collect all the necessary documents from the candidates and make it to the soft form and keep all
the hard copies in the records as per the office administrative system.
• Records keeping keep all the relevant records both in the soft and hard copy mode and should be made into available
when it is needed.
• Exam Duty: coordinating the examinations with Students and University.
• University Coordination’s: setting all the documents and forms for the registration and the university formalities.
• Payment Follow up: Preparing weekly report and follow ups with student for the due payments .
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Preparing Quotations & Invoices.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

• Checking MD email regularly and arranging it in proper folders.
• Preparation of PO based on the MR from the concerned department and arranging the different quotes by sending to
different suppliers.
• Contact with the Forwarders for clearing the consignments and checking the documents from the Suppliers and filing the
