يشترط في المتقدمات:
1- مؤهل تربوي جامعي في التخصص أو شهادة جامعية في التخصص مع دبلوم تربوي بعد التخرج.
2- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التدريس في مدارس ثنائية اللغة ويفضل أن تكون داخل السلطنة.
3- شهادة IELTS سارية المفعول (درجة 6.0) أو TOEFL (درجة 500)
