Taiba Group is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Oman branch! If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a flair for effective communication, we want you to be part of our growing team.
What We’re Looking For:
Effective Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
Video Content Creation: Familiarity with creating and utilizing video content to enhance customer engagement and product presentations.
Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and share best practices.
Proactive & Self-Motivated: A go-getter who takes initiative and works efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions.
Demonstrate and promote products/services with effective communication techniques.
Utilize video content to present product demos, share promotions, and connect with customers via social media and other digital platforms.
Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging videos and promotional content.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of video platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc. ) and content creation tools.
Previous experience in sales (preferably in retail or a related industry).
Ability to work under pressure and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Proficiency in English and Hindi (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
