Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MDF and solid wood painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of surface preparation, spraying techniques, and finishing methods for MDF, hardwood, and softwood materials. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship are essential. Requirements: Proven experience in MDF and solid wood painting, preferably in a workshop or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in spray painting techniques, including HVLP and airless spraying. Knowledge of different paint types, stains, primers, and lacquers. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of health and safety practices in a painting environment. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle painting equipment. Good organizational and time-management skills.
