Job Summary:
As a Visa and Immigration Counselor, you will be responsible for devising effective marketing strategies, generating and nurturing leads, inviting potential clients for counseling sessions, and ultimately closing leads to ensure successful immigration outcomes. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the visa application process with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing plans designed to promote our immigration services.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Lead Generation:
Utilize various marketing channels to identify and attract potential clients interested in visa and immigration services.
Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials to reach a wider audience.
Client Contact and Engagement:
Reach out to generated leads via phone, email, or social media to introduce our services and invite them for in-depth counseling.
Build rapport with prospective clients by understanding their specific immigration needs and concerns.
Counseling Sessions:
Conduct personalized counseling sessions to assess clients’ eligibility for various visa options and provide detailed guidance on the application process.
Address clients' questions and concerns while positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Follow-up and Lead Management:
Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads using CRM software to streamline the follow-up process.
Execute timely follow-ups to nurture leads, ensuring all potential clients receive the information and support they need.
Closing Leads:
Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into clients by clearly explaining our services and the benefits of choosing [Your Company Name].
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all client needs are met and processes are seamless.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Prior experience in immigration counseling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Strong understanding of visa and immigration processes in Canada, Australia, UK and Schengen Countries.
Knowledge of Business immigration programs and Citizenship by investment
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
