Company We are a company specialized in manufacturing fruit drinks and jelly products. Our factory is located in Sohar Industrial Area, Wadi Al Hail, Sultanate of Oman. 2. Job Details for Sales Promotion a) Working Hours: • 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (5 Hours Daily) b) Salary: Your salary will be paid daily as shown below: • Daily Wage: OMR 7,000 • Fuel Allowance: OMR 3,000 Daily Total: OMR 10,000 The company will pay an additional amount to cover fuel expenses in If it requires traveling to promotion sites that are more than 30 km away. 3. Daily Sales Target • Sell 25 to 30 bags daily. 4. Commission Plan If you exceed the daily minimum of 30 bags, you will get a bonus based on additional sales. Examples of monthly profits: 1. Scenario 1: • Working days: 30 days • Average sales: 38 bags per day (8 bags more than the target) • Wage: 30 days x 10 OMR = 300 OMR • Additional sales: 8 bags x 30 days = 240 additional bags • Bonus: 240 bags x 0.200 OMR = 48 OMR • Total monthly profits: 300 OMR + 48 OMR = 348 OMR 2. Scenario 2: • Working days: 30 days • Average sales: 45 bags per day (15 bags more than the target) • Wage: 30 days x 10 OMR = 300 OMR • Additional sales: 15 bags x 30 days = 450 additional bags • Bonus: 450 bags x 0.300 OMR = 135 OMR • Total monthly profits: 300 OMR + 135 OMR = 435 OMR Key Points: • Unlimited earning potential: The more you sell, the more you earn. • Achievable goals: With consistent performance, it is easy to exceed the daily goal.
