We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Omani Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, excellent command of English, and strong customer service skills. Knowledge of computers and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
Handle patient records, data entry, and general office duties.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Provide information on services, policies, and procedures.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is welcoming and organized.
Requirements:
Omani nationality.
1-2 years of relevant work experience in a medical or customer service role.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficient in basic computer applications (e. g. , MS Office, patient management systems).
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
