Description
We are looking for a skilled Iranian Call Center Representative for full-time position. The ideal candidate must be fluent in speaking and writing English, Farsi, and Arabic, with 1-2 years of relevant work experience, and currently residing in Muscat.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls with professionalism and care.
Schedule appointments, manage inquiries, and provide information about medical services.
Assist patients in English, Arabic, and Farsi, ensuring clear communication.
Maintain patient records and update the database accurately.
Coordinate with medical staff to confirm appointment schedules and follow-up calls.
Handle patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Requirements:
Iranian nationality.
Fluency in English, Arabic, and Farsi (both spoken and written).
1-2 years of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e. g. , MS Office).
Currently residing in Muscat and available to work in Qurum.
