Job Summary: As a Travel Consultant at Visa World, you will play a key role in devising marketing plans, connecting with tour operators, designing comprehensive travel itineraries, and providing expert advice to leads. You will leverage your travel industry knowledge and passion for exploration to enhance our client offerings and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement effective marketing strategies to promote travel packages and services. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis. Client Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. Provide tailored travel advice and recommendations based on client interests and budget. Itinerary Design: Create comprehensive travel plans that align with client desires, including accommodation, transportation, activities, and tours. Ensure itineraries are cost-effective and offer value-added experiences. Tour Operator Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with tour operators and travel service providers to build a network of reliable partners. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure competitive rates and exclusive offers for clients. Lead Management: Counsel and nurture leads through the sales funnel, providing consistent follow-up and personalized communication. Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and progress with leads. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless travel planning experience. Address any client inquiries, concerns, or changes to travel plans promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role in the travel industry. with experience in Hajj and Umrah preferred. Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, culture, and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and travel industry booking tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
