Key Responsibilities Assist clients in planning and booking personalized travel packages, including tours, accommodations, and transportation. Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel requirements. Design unique and immersive travel experiences in collaboration with our destination specialists. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, policies, and sustainable practices. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and promote special offers. Qualifications Proven experience in the travel industry (travel agency or tour operator experience preferred). Strong knowledge of travel destinations in Asia. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in travel booking software and platforms.
