### **Duties & Responsibilities of a Telecaller**
#### **1. Outbound Calling (Sales & Marketing)**
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Generate leads and follow up on previous inquiries.
- Persuade customers to buy by explaining product benefits.
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets.
#### **2. Inbound Calling (Customer Support & Query Handling)**
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding queries, complaints, or product details.
- Provide solutions to customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a polite and professional attitude while handling calls.
#### **3. Data Management & Reporting**
- Maintain a record of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
#### **4. Follow-up & Relationship Building**
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
#### **5. Adhering to Company Policies**
- Follow the script and guidelines provided by the company.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
- Adhere to telemarketing regulations and ethical sales practices.
