Description
Social Media Manager Responsibilities (Brief) 1. Strategy Development – Align social media strategies with marketing goals and target audience. 2. Content Creation – Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, videos). 3. Community Management – Monitor brand mentions, engage with the audience, and handle inquiries. 4. Advertising – Execute paid campaigns for brand visibility and audience targeting. 5. Campaigns – Manage contests, giveaways, and engagement initiatives. 6. Analytics – Track performance metrics and provide insights for optimization. 7. Trends & Updates – Stay informed about platform changes and emerging trends. 8. Collaboration – Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams for consistency. 9. Policy Compliance – Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and regulations. 10. Research & Analysis – Study audience behavior, industry trends, and competitors. 11. Crisis Management – Handle negative feedback and social media crises effectively. 12. Tools Management – Utilize social media tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting. 13. Language Skills – Proficiency in Arabic & English (reading, writing, speaking). 14. Sales Management – Ability to independently manage sales and close deals. Jordanian or Egyptians preferred.
