1) Leasing and maintenance management background for Properties, Residential, Commercial.
2) Atleast 5 years of solid experience in the GCC
3) Driving License
4) You can be from an FM background, who progressed into Property Management.
5) Masters is preferred but not mandatory.
R/O 500 + Vehicle, Fuel and in time (6 months), an additional HRA can be requested.
