As a Sales Representative at Mahmoud AlDwaik & Partners Trading Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, expanding our client base, and achieving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts in the CRM system.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or a related role is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
