Key Responsibilities :
* Handle customer inquiries and bookings via phone/email.
* Manage rental agreements and related documentation.
* Track sales and rental performance.
* Update customer details in the CRM system.
* Assist with administrative tasks and collaborate with other departments.
Qualifications :
* Previous experience in office-based sales or admin roles (preferably in car rentals).
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
