We are a leading supplier of industrial piping solutions, specializing in carbon steel and stainless steel products for industries such as oil & gas, construction, chemical, and manufacturing.
Key Job Duties**
1. *Client Acquisition & Relationship Management*:
- Identify and target new clients in industries requiring carbon steel/stainless steel pipes and fittings (e. g. , oil & gas, petrochemicals, water treatment, construction).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
2. *Sales Strategy & Targets*:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by promoting the company’s product portfolio.
- Develop tailored solutions for clients based on technical requirements (e. g. , material grade, pressure ratings, corrosion resistance).
3. *Market Research*:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing to position products effectively.
- Identify emerging markets and opportunities for carbon steel/stainless steel applications.
4. *Technical Support*:
- Collaborate with technical teams to address client inquiries about product specifications, standards (e. g. , ASTM, ASME), and certifications.
- Provide guidance on material selection (e. g. , 304/316 stainless steel, ASTM A106 carbon steel).
5. *Documentation & Reporting*:
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on sales performance.
6. *After-Sales Support*:
- Ensure timely delivery and resolve post-sale issues in coordination with logistics and operations teams.
- *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
- *Experience*: 3–5 years in B2B sales of industrial piping, steel products, or related sectors.
- *Technical Knowledge*:
- Strong understanding of carbon steel/stainless steel pipes, fittings, valves, and flanges.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e. g. , ASTM, ANSI, API) and fabrication processes.
- *Skills*:
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e. g. , Salesforce) and MS Office.
- *Travel*: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- *Languages*: Fluency in English and Arabic
Condidate with GCC Driving licence will prefer.
