Sales & Customer Experience Specialist (Tourism)
Your Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Guide customers through the entire sales journey—from first contact to follow-up
- Maintain detailed sales records and follow-up lists
- Offer personalized travel solutions and confidently close deals
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless service experience
- Track client feedback and contribute to ongoing improvement
- Represent our brand in all client interactions
- Continuously research the market for new growth opportunities
- Handle B2B relationship management and communication as needed
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages are a strong plus)
Strong communication and sales skills
Previous experience in tourism or travel sales
Confidence in using digital tools (email, CRM systems, spreadsheets)
Willingness to relocate if needed
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• Familiarity with local and international travel markets
• Creative mindset for crafting personalized travel experiences
