Terms and conditions of the break:-
* In the case of an overnight stay, check-in time is 11:00 am and check-out is 10:00 the next day.
* If you are not staying overnight, the check-in time is 11:00 am and check-out is 10 pm on the same day.
*Pay a security deposit of 50 riyals, which will be refunded after ensuring the safety of the facilities and the cleanliness of the place.
*The reservation cannot be cancelled, and the appointment can be replaced with another day depending on what is available with the rest house owner.
*Adherence to entry and exit times, and if exceeded, additional amounts will be imposed.
*Maintaining rest house property and its cleanliness, and paying its value in the event of vandalism or breakage.
*It is forbidden to add people more than the maximum of 12 people.
*It is prohibited to hold parties or raise the volume of music in order to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
*It is prohibited to eat, drink, or use cleaners in the swimming pool.
*Do not leave children unattended in the swimming pool.
*The owner of the rest house does not bear any responsibility for any accident, God forbid, and the tenant bears all legal procedures.
*The administration is not responsible for the loss of personal items.
*The maximum number of visitors to the lounge is 12 people only.
