Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a high standard of food quality and hygiene. Responsibilities: Supervise restaurant staff and ensure smooth daily operations Train, motivate, and evaluate employees to enhance performance Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are met Oversee inventory, stock management, and supplier coordination Manage staff scheduling and monitor attendance Enforce health and safety regulations in compliance with local laws Monitor sales, control costs, and help achieve business goals Assist in marketing activities and promotions Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in restaurant supervision or a similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work under pressure and handle multitasking Basic understanding of restaurant finances and cost control Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) If you are passionate about the restaurant industry and have the skills to lead a team effectively, we would love to hear from you!
