I'm Restaurant General Manager and Fast Food Chef too, overall hospitality experience around 20 years, Hotel, Restaurant General Management, consultancy, Architecture & Designing, MBA Education with 20 years plus industry experience (McDonald's, OPTP, Fat Burger, Salt n Pepper, LalQila, and other National & International Food Chains Management Experience)
I can run the restaurant with low staff, like some helpers in the kitchen and rest i can do work, same basic staff on front, I can guide and train the staff and see the operation & profitability
I by myself can make and prepare the fast food items and train kitchen team on it.
