Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Fashion and Retail Manager to lead and oversee our retail operations in Oman. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Omani market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing high-end fashion brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of multiple retail outlets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and store performance
Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Train and motivate sales staff to achieve targets
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the fashion and retail industry in Oman
