Front Desk Office, Location: Al Khuwair We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Answer and manage phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about hotel services, availability, and pricing. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using IDS Software. Process reservations through various booking engines (e. g. , Booking. com, Expedia, etc. ), ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Assist guests with any special requests or concerns to ensure a pleasant stay. Maintain a professional and organized front desk area. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues promptly. Handle payment transactions, room charges, and other financial processes securely and accurately. Requirements: Previous experience in front desk or customer service in the hospitality industry is preferred. Knowledge of IDS software is a must. Familiarity with online booking engines and property management systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
