Roles and Responsiblities.
Pre Tender Evaluation,
Identify and confirming of the scope of works.
Accurately Quote Main contractor scopes with costing and fixing price with appliying BOQ rates. Also getting the quotes from Sub-con / Supplier for selecting the vendor and finalizing the tender ASAP.
Filtering and sequencing the Tender Dwgs and specs for sharing with vendor to quote ASAP.
Identify & Cross check BOQ and tender Dwgs for missing scopes and BOQ contents to include it / To raise RFI to the consultant or client.
Overall estimation, and Qty Take-Off for (Civil,Infra, Arch, & MEP) scopes
IPC, IPA & Variation Preparations
Drafting Contract Agreements with preaparation of all the tendering Docs.
Value Engineering, PC Rate adjustments
Preparation of Breakdown for the PS, Variations and Day works schedules
Attending Commercial Meeting with Consultant / client
Sound knowledge in FIDIC
Famillier with CESMM, POMI
