S and basically MBA, Diploma Industrial Safety & Diploma Fire and Safety Methods in BSS looking for a job as HSE OFFICER have 5+ years experience in review Leading on all project safety management systems including but not limited to compliance as a minimum, change management, risk management, and HSE reporting. Ensure that Risk Assessment for all potentially hazardous operations are developed and made known to the concerned personnel. Provide advice, information, instruction on local HSE issues and assists in the application of HSE Procedures. Conduct site visits, Inspections & Audit on periodical basis and intimate the management after analysis , an overview on the effectiveness of implemented Safety systems and requirements of any improvements to be made, if needed. Prepare and audit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Following JSA, HIRA, Checklists, TBT, Scaffolding sketches preparation & approvals and arranging PPE’S for site employees and vendors and Visitors. Following Fire teams Co-ordinations like Fire Mock Drills, Emergency evacuation programs & Site First Aid boxes & Eye shower maintenance. Inspecting Fire Extinguishers, Sprinklers, Heat & Smoke detectors checking for every week & Inspecting pump house, Mobile foam trolley, SCBA Maintenance. Ensuring Gas presence while Confined space works, make planning with HSE & Engineering about eliminate the hazardous gas through ventilators & others. Arranging Safety meetings, Inductions , Quiz, Play games programs, Road safety program awareness functions for site employees, management clients.
