Part time book keeping and accounting & VAT services available;
1) Setting up chart of accounts for new businesses
2) Posting day to day transactions, monthly closing of accounts.
3) Migration of old data to new accounting software
4) Having experience in below accounting softwares and can work on any accounting software:
a) Tally ERP/Prime
b) Peachtree
c) Oracle JDE
d) Zohobooks
e) Odoo
f) Xero
g) Quickbooks
5) VAT Handling –From registration to Filing Returns & Claims Collection
6) Furnishing the below reports on monthly basis or need basis to management
a. Monthly Financials reports-Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow
b. Payables & Receivables reports (Customized excel sheets will be created to as per business needs)
7) Will provide assistance in external audit services
8) Training to accounting staff can also be provided at reasonable rate
9) Will create customized excel sheets for providing key financial information on daily basis for sales & cash flow of the
business.
