Job Summary: The Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of daily business operations. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong organizational skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to support various departments. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and optimize daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. • Collaborate with different teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity. • Analyze data and generate reports to identify operational challenges and opportunities. • Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Support logistics, supply chain, and inventory management activities as needed. • Oversee vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective service. • Address operational issues and recommend data-driven solutions. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. • Provide training and support to team members on operational best practices. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or a similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in Logistics operations. • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies. • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
