Few expats wants to establish services company in Oman and is seeking Omani sponsors. This is a paid sponsorship opportunity with clear terms and no liabilities for the Omani sponsor.
Sponsorship Benefits and Terms:
Annual Fee: A fixed yearly fee of 200 OMR will be paid to each Omani sponsor.
No Liabilities:
Sponsors will sign an agreement stating they have no liability over the company.
Sponsors are not responsible for any claims, assets, or liabilities associated with the company.
Shareholding: Sponsors will hold a share percentage of 25% to 33% maximum, as required by Omani law, and will sign a board resolution, transferring the powers to expat.
Minimal Involvement: Sponsors will only be required to:
Sign documents if needed for visa approvals, government applications, or other legal requirements. Provide their ID or presence for formalities when necessary.
Business Activities:
The company will focus on real estate asset valuations, Management Consultancy, Financial Consultancy and other exclusive activities permitted only for Omani nationals.
