Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Manager at Lavora Clinic located in Muscat. The Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, creating and implementing patient care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets and resources, and maintaining strong relationships with patients and their families.
Qualifications
• Holds a license in the Arabian Gulf
• At least five years of experience in GCC
• its preferable to have a Dataflow
• Nursing Management and Leadership skills
• Expertise in Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Nursing
• Ability to create and implement patient care plans based on individual needs and medical condition
• Strong understanding of Patient Care and satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and staff
• Demonstrated ability in managing budgets, resources, and staff performance
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and infection control practices
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare
Administration is preferred
• Licensure as a registered nurse in the state of employment
• Certification in Nursing Management or Leadership is a plus
