Document Controller/ Admin Executive
• Copy, scan and store documents
• Prepare MAS, DPR and submit to the client and follow up
• Submission of Shop drawing and follow-up
• Review and update technical documents
• Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
• File documents in physical and digital records
• Data Management and Filing
• Inter-Departmental communications
• Attend monthly meetings including minutes of meeting and action follow up.
• Basic accounting jobs
