Description

**Job Description**: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Imports and Exports Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring materials from suppliers around the world and facilitating the sale of materials in various countries. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and manage international procurement strategies to ensure the timely acquisition of materials. - Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing. - Coordinate and manage the logistics of importing and exporting goods, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. - Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient shipments. - Monitor and track shipments, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring timely delivery. - Conduct market research to identify potential markets for the sale of materials. - Develop and maintain relationships with international clients and distributors. - Prepare and analyze reports on procurement and sales activities. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in international trade, procurement, and logistics. - Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems. - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
