Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.
Providing clients with all pertinent documentation.
Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
Helping clients to find appropriate destinations.
Preparing and providing invoices for services.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the immigration services market.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
Handle inquiries and provide information about our services, pricing, and processes.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
Collaborate with team members to optimize sales processes and contribute to team success.
Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration or consultancy industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures is an advantage.
