Description

Responsibilities: Supervision & Operations: • Manage and lead AC technicians and electricians to ensure high-quality service. • Assign tasks, oversee work progress, and maintain efficiency. • Ensure all AC and electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance comply with safety and industry standards. • Customer Service & Business Growth: • Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide professional solutions. • Improve customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships. • Identify new business opportunities and suggest ways to increase sales and services. • Business Development & Reporting: • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare daily reports, track income and expenses, and manage schedules. • Analyze service performance and suggest ways to improve business efficiency. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements. • Inventory & Equipment Management: • Maintain stock of spare parts, tools, and necessary equipment. • Ensure proper maintenance of tools and machinery. • Coordinate with suppliers to get the best prices and timely deliveries.
