Key Responsibilities
The following are the key responsibilities though its not limited to scope defined below:
• Review and check the previous years transactions and reports.
• Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
• Managing income and expenditure accounts
• Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
• Using the highest standards and practices to ensure financial documents comply with the law
• Collecting and verifying financial information
• Maintaining a general ledger by inputting daily financial transactions
• Directing other employees and Junior Accountants.
• Putting together payroll for their company or clients.
• Resolving financial problems, performing audits, and analyzing profit loss.
• Preparing financial statements, producing accounting reports, and checking them for accuracy.
• Increasing company revenues and boosting profits.
• Monitoring of inventory on monthly bases.
• Issue invoices to clients without delay.
• Follow-up due payments with the concern person on client office.
• Taking care about local and international transactions and communicate with bank.
• Advise the company management on development of accounts policies and standards.
• Strictly prepare cost and profit per project by using the software used by company.
