Description

We are a specialized uniform company with a boutique and a dedicated workshop, employing a team of eight, including master cutters and tailors. We are looking for a Filipina Sales Lady with at least 3 years of experience in the garment or tailoring industry. Qualifications: • Strong background in garments, tailoring, or textiles. • Expertise in fabric selection, garment construction, and finishing. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong customer service and sales abilities. • Good negotiation and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise, guide, and motivate tailors and workshop staff. • Identify and resolve sewing or production issues. • Monitor production output and ensure targets are met. • Assist customers in selecting fabrics, taking measurements, and tailoring needs. • Ensure high-quality standards in stitching, finishing, and final checks. • Coordinate between the boutique and the workshop for seamless operations. • Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service. • Handle minor garment alterations if necessary. • Negotiate with clients (individuals & corporate), prepare quotations, and finalize deals. • Maintain inventory records for fabrics and materials. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
