Description
Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Research and identify potential real estate clients (buyers, sellers, and investors) through market analysis, online platforms, and networking. - Client Outreach: Initiate contact with new clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings to introduce company services, gather information about client needs, and establish relationships. - Sales Support: Assist senior business development executives in pitching real estate properties, writing proposals, and presenting solutions to clients. - Market Research: Conduct regular market research to identify new trends, pricing models, and competitor activities to support the development of strategies and recommendations. - Client Relationship Management: Help maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up on any queries or concerns. - CRM Maintenance: Maintain and update client information and interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. - Report Preparation: Assist in preparing regular reports on business development activities, client feedback, sales performance, and market insights for management. - Property Listings: Assist in managing and updating property listings and promoting new and existing real estate properties through various marketing channels. - Event Assistance: Support in organizing and participating in company events, property viewings, exhibitions, and networking sessions to expand business opportunities. - Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure business objectives are aligned and to maximize opportunities for cross-selling and lead generation. Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients. - Good understanding of business development and sales strategies. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Organizational skills and attention to detail.
