I used it for more than 4 years and system and sound is as new as I purchased. it is the best series of Bose in those days. there is no defect and scratches. I have the original box of the package. I am selling as I want to enhance my sound system. Otherwise, no issue. Low pitch voices are very clear as that is the best in the bose system. Each Gemstone speaker has 2 speakers to give a feel of 5.1 in a hall. watching movies with big screen gives a great cinematic effect. It has adjustable bass on the woofer for music lover.
