The **Administrative Manager will oversee the daily administrative operations of mens Barbershop chain, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all locations. The primary responsibilities include:
1. **Accounting and Financial Management:**
- Handle all bookkeeping and financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with Omani tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and financial advisors.
2. **Administration:**
- Oversee the administrative functions of the salons, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain necessary licenses and permits.
3. **Social Media Management:**
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance.
4. **Human Resources Support:**
- Assist in the recruitment process, including onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and manage payroll processing.
5. **Customer Relations:**
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Implement customer feedback to improve services and operations.
