Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, tax compliance, and VAT filing. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage a small finance team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts. Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and VAT declarations in compliance with local laws and regulations. Maintain and improve internal financial controls and procedures. Handle all audit processes and liaise with external auditors. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions. Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory financial reporting requirements. Supervise and mentor accounting staff and ensure team development. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA preferred). Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role (typically 5+ years). Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and VAT compliance. Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus, depending on location).
