١-مراجعة وتدقيق المُستندّات الماليّة لعمليّات الصرف على المشّروع.
2_متابعة وتدقيق البيّانات الماليّة الخاصة بقيم الوحدات المُباعة والتأكد من أنها أودعت في حساب الضمان.
٣-اعتماد نقل أو صرف أيّة مبالغ ماليّة وفقاً لما ورد في لائحة حساب الضمان.
التدقيق والمصادقة على وثيقة الدفع الماليّة اللازمة للصرف على المشّروع.
٤-رفع تقارير ربع سنويّة عن العمليّات الماليّة والمُحاسبيّة لحساب الضمان ، وقائمة المركز المالي للمشّروع وأوجه الصرف من حساب الضمان مرفقاً بها المُستندّات اللازمة.
