Position Overview
As a Sales Consultant in our Immigration Consultancy firm, you will guide and support clients through their immigration journey. Your role will be to provide expert advice, close sales, and ensure client satisfaction every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand client needs and offer tailored immigration solutions.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on immigration policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or a similar role (preferably in immigration or consultancy services).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a customer-first approach.
• Familiarity with immigration processes is a plus.
