Responsibilities: Assist the surgical team during procedures, providing direct support. Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are prepared and sterilized. Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery to ensure safety and comfort. Provide comprehensive post-operative care and pain management. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver integrated care. Adhere to the highest standards of safety and hygiene in the operating room. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent. Valid registration as a Surgical Nurse. Experience in surgical nursing is preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Thorough knowledge of surgical procedures and modern medical techniques.
