Job Announcement: Supervisor – Housekeeping & Landscaping (8 Positions) Company: AL YUSER GLOBAL EST Project: OQ-RPI Sites Contract Duration: 3 Years Location: Muscat, Suhar, Salalah – Oman Job Description: We are hiring experienced and qualified Supervisors to manage day-to-day cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, and waste management operations across OQ-RPI sites. Key Responsibilities: Supervise cleaning and landscaping teams on-site Ensure tasks are performed as per schedule Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards Conduct site visits, report attendance, and submit reports Coordinate with client representatives and attend site meetings Solve operational issues and manage replacements Ensure compliance with OQ-RPI HSSE standards Qualifications & Skills Required: Diploma or higher in Facility/Hotel Management or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in similar supervisory role Certified in cleaning and facility management services Good English communication & reporting skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) Strong team leadership and client handling skills Must pass OQ-RPI Permit Holder Course Work Schedule: Day Shift: Saturday to Thursday (5:30 AM – 5:30 PM) Night Shift: Saturday to Friday (5:30 PM – 5:30 AM) As per site requirement Number of Positions: 8 Supervisors Locations: Muscat (MAF, Al Jifnain), Suhar (SR1, SR2, LPIC, AR, PP), Salalah (Raysut)
