3 years of hands-on experience in fiber optic installation, splicing, testing, or project supervision. Familiarity with FTTH projects and related technologies. Experience with tools like OTDRs fusion splicers, optical power meters, and light sources. Familiarity with installation tools for cables, connectors, and ducts. Diagnosing and resolving issues in fiber optic cables,connections, and network devices. The Supervisor is critical for the seamless operation of FTTH projects, in Oman ensuring network reliability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards own driving licence
