Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), handling VAT compliance, conducting bank reconciliations, overseeing monthly closings, and managing fixed assets. Key Responsibilities: -Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. -Manage AR and AP -Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. -Handle VAT filing and compliance with local tax regulations. -Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. -Maintain and manage fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules. -Assist with internal and external audits. -Provide financial insights to support business decisions. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus). -Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role. -Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT regulations, and financial reporting standards. -Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. -Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. -Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. send your resume at [redacted email address]
