• Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries, ensuring the CEO's schedule runs smoothly.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing schedules, emails, and calls efficiently.
• Communication: Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring easy access to information when needed.
• Make travel arrangements for executives
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
• Assist in research, data analysis, and project coordination, providing valuable support to the CEO's initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an executive assistant, secretary, or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
• Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and discussions.
• Must be Business Graduate with Minimum 6 years of experience in same role
• Languages required: English and Arabic (Desired).
