A local omani company are ooking for a sale support specialist who can work from home.
the candidate should have a understanding of electrical systems and Autocad drawings.
key responsibilities:
ERP:
- Be the main superuser for the ERP system (Smart office)
- Create proposals in the ERP system with the support of the sales team
- Edit existing proposal in the ERP system
- Creating invoices for customers
- Creating receipts for customers
- Preparing Purchase orders for suppliers
- Prepare customer proposal drawings
- Prepare as built wiring drawings
- Prepare handover documents for the customer
- follow up on customer invoices
Logistics:
- Manage equipment orders (Purchase order, shipping, delivery)
- Manage stock (issuing stock, monthly stock counts, inputting data in the ERP)
- Work with accounting team to coordinate supplier payments
- Support field staff in the office with preparing stock for site visits
- Support with Warranty issues with suppliers
Projects:
- Maintain project data bases for each customer in the shared drive (proposals drawings)
- Manage on going project status reports – weekly
- Manage service visit schedules and payments.
