• Submitting quotations and follow-ups.
• Arranging Supply and Services as per order.
• Coordinating sales by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Monitor and identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
• Carry out market research to identify new suppliers where they can meet better shipping timelines, pricing, parameters, and quality standards.
• Coordinate necessary schedules, file important documents, and communicate relevant information to the Chief Executive Officer. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic format and present a report to the management.
